EBAY Sellers Gone Bad

Ebay's user rating system works well the majority of times, however if the Ebayer is normally a buyer then (S)he can have a lot of positive feedback for being a good buyer and this will help disguise the fact that (s)he has relativly speaking a lot of negative responses with regard to the ebayer as a seller.
A better system would be that each user got a seperate raiting for both buying and selling. E.g. User (140) (5)
Where "(140)" say is the rating for the user as a seller and where "(5)" is the rating for the user as a buyer.
You could then click on each of them and get more detailed report on what makes up each of those ratings.
Please Submit anyone who you have come across who in your opinion deserves to be listed on this site.

Typical Complainants: Items do not arrive. He is quick to blame the post office. With regard to "signed pictures" people complain of poor print quality.
A Specific Complainant: I bought a CD from this chap. Which I thought to be just an American copy. Didn't have problems with the delivery. However it arrives in an envelope with the cd casing all broken. Inside I found a badly scanned photo for the CD cover and another scanned photo stuck to the cd (which was badly stuck on). All together a badly produced copied cd. after a bid of research i found the item didn't exist and he had lifted it from a tv programme.
I emailed him and said I wasn't happy as I thought, from his ad, that I was buying a prof cd.
He was not a happy chappie and sent me a couple of emails saying tough. I had already left negative feedback, which he really was not happy about.
Looking at the other items he sells, it just looks like he's running a scam!
Complainants (EBay Usernames): barney_scb, BEATLEDAVE
Name: dead911
UNFLEXIBLE: This guy will not accept any kind of payment through the mail
except for a money order. When asked why, he said "I have my reasons!" What
a jerk.
BAD COMMUNICATION: When asked why he would only accept a money he threatened
me with a negative feedback if I didn't send it right away. As soon as he
gets your money order you will never hear from him again. Never.
BAD FEEDBACK PRACTICES: Will not give any feedback until you have given him
feedback. He cashes your money order which was sent in a timely manner and
uses feedback as a threat.
NO RETURNS, EVER: Although it is NOT written that way in his ads, you will
NEVER get a return check from this guy. He is dishonest all the way through.
I bought an item from him that did not work in my computer system. He
ignored all of my e-mails after he got my money order - which he immediately
cashed. Stay away from bad ebay sellers like this. He is an ebay seller to
avoid.
