I have worked for large Multinational banks as a permanent member of staff, as a contractor, and as a consultant, providing process improvement, training, migration, to name but a few solutions.

Successful project delivery is much more than following a project manager handbook. As a project and programme management specialist that is particularly skilled in stakeholder management and team engagement ensuring that people are ready to deal with the issues that occur during the project lifecycle.

I have experience in the Retail, Investment Banking, and Private Wealth sectors of the Financial Services Industry, and working at all levels within it from working with Country, and Global Heads to individual team members.

Methodology

I do not have any fixed methodology or a “one size fits all” approach and do not concentrate on “deliverables”, which is mainly an excuse for consultants to list their activity. I work on producing outcomes and find out what works best for each organisation in their unique service or product offering and how they can best do it along the lines of effective governance and managed risk
